This double storey Brighton residence has used every available portion of its 585m2 site to create a bold and exciting home.

Framed by retained, existing, mature trees, the linear composition of the façade, with the generous upper floor cantilever forming the covered entry, and arrangement of panels of glazing, brickwork and rendered walls, results in a beautiful contemporary home.

The home itself has a wonderful sense of space and style, from the glazed entry lobby looking through to a landscaped courtyard and lap pool, three living areas, a fitted galley style study, four bedrooms, entertainer’s kitchen and alfresco area.

The luxurious light filled, rear living room opens to the private rear alfresco and lap pool. The kitchen, with multiple prep areas, looks over the living room, alfresco and pool area and also connects in the other direction with butlers, pantry, laundry and service yard.

Four bedrooms, including a wonderful main bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe, along with a multi-purpose room complete the accommodation at the upper floor level.
