SCORES 94.07% FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The judging process for the 2017 Australian Achiever Awards for Australia’s Architect Services, Building Design, Building Construction & Interior Design Services category was completed on 9th February.

Glenvill Homes scored highly recommended 94.07%.

Now into its twentieth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are in independent, an biased award system based on assessment rating from a business’s own customers – an indication of a well run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom.

The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely:
Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service. The overall process from the design to completion was excellent. Their ability to address problems and assist with good outcomes to these problems or any other questions was superb. David Brough, who was the Architect and Maree Henshaw, Customer Liaison, were both excellent to deal with.

The whole process was planned very well and all ran very smoothly. I never had any issues of importance that caused problems or hiccups. The whole process all went very well. The staff I dealt with, Will, Vella and Lee were excellent from start to finish, Any follow up required was positive and very prompt.

I think they are very good and professional to deal with. I was happy with the design, which was excellent. They were always very helpful with my queries and addressed anything I brought up very quickly.
