Surrey Hills Dual Occupancy

The site was 21 metre wide yet quite shallow at 30.5m deep with a one metre cross fall and a northern rear aspect. The width enable us to design two generous 310 m2 / 33 square side by side townhouses with double garages, living spaces on the ground floor and three bedrooms to the upper level. The client and council also requested good articulation in the design to suit the streetscape.
