Camberwell Dual Occupancy

The site was about 700 m2 and 15.25 metre wide sloping to the rear with north to the street. Our clients requested two family size townhouses of 285 m2 / 30 squares with master bedrooms on the ground floor including living space and three generous bedrooms to the upper level. The design allowed for a driveway down one side and a double garage to separate the two townhouses. Generous outdoor space was provide to both townhouses with easy access to the living areas.
