Our process begins with a blank page and an idea. Working alongside Taylor Knights Architects, we will help to define your vision, which we will then bring to life with our experienced construction team, to ensure a seamless journey from start to finish. All this is backed by our signature five-star service and over six decades of quality craftsmanship.

Understanding your vision

The process begins with you having a conversation with our Design Manager about your dream home. Understanding your needs, budget, and expectations, we visit your site, gather information, and begin the design process.

Create your vision

You’ll meet with our architects Taylor Knights and your Design Manager to refine your brief. Through various consultations we will explore design possibilities, gather feedback, and finalise your dream home with detailed plans and cost estimates.

Contract Development

After receiving your commitment to proceed, our Interiors team leads you through the most exciting phase, offering expert advice on furnishings, lighting, and more. You will then sign your Housing Industry Association building contract to finalise details.

Construction

Once contracts have been signed, Glenvill will finalise the required building permit and appoint an experienced Site Manager ready for the start of construction. Glenvill work to strict building timelines and keep you up-to-date every step of the way.

Settlement

Once construction is complete, it’s time for you to move in! Your site manager will complete an onsite inspection with you to confirm everything meets your expectations. After 90 days we will contact you to complete a post completion inspection to ensure you are loving your new home.
