Introduction

Start your dream home journey with a conversation with your Glenvill Design Manager. From budget to block, facade, and interiors, we guide you through creating your ideal home.

Drawing and development

Glenvill will gather the relevant information for your chosen floorplan by visiting your block to undertake a full site assessment, including a survey and soil test. From these findings, we’ll provide you with an indicative cost of the ideas laid out in your initial meeting.

Contract and design

Let us take care of the fine print, developing the documentation pack while providing you with a Housing Industry Association building contract. Once signed, our interiors team will lead you through the most exciting phase, to select the colours, lighting, fixtures and fittings to bring your dream home to life.

Demolition Complete. Construction Begins

Glenvill will finalise the required building permit and appoint an experienced Site Manager ready for the start of construction. Bid farewell to your old home as we turn your dream into reality. Once construction begins, it won’t be long until you’re living in your Glenvill home.

Settlement

Once construction is complete, it’s time for you to move in! Your Site Manager will complete an onsite inspection with you to confirm everything meets your expectations. After 90 days we will contact you to complete a post completion inspection to ensure you are loving your new home.
