Introduction

Start your dream home journey with a conversation with your Glenvill Design Manager. From budget to block, facade, and interiors, we guide you through creating your ideal home.

Drawing and Design

Glenvill orders site reports, conducts soil testing, and surveys your block. As we design, you can choose the colours, fixtures, and fittings to bring your dream home to life.

The Fine Print

After finalising plans, we handle details like contracts and fixed prices. Upon signing the HIA contract, we secure permits, order materials, and assign a dedicated site manager.

Demolition Complete. Construction Begins

Bid farewell to your old home as we turn your dream into reality. Once construction begins, it won’t be long until you’re living in your Glenvill Home.

Settlement

Once construction is complete, it’s time for you to move in! Your site manager will complete an onsite inspection with you to confirm everything meets your expectations. After 90 days we will contact you to complete a post completion inspection to ensure you are loving your new home.
