With 62 years of experience and 1,000 completed builds in our portfolio, being Never Ordinary and creating beautiful homes is in our marrow and our mortar, our load-bearing words and walls. Whatever challenges and changes we face, we will get through this together.

Welcome to the
never ordinary.

In our design, our craft and our service, we have a simple promise. We will never be ordinary.

On the average inner suburban street, you’ll find many new builds share a similar look. But there’s nothing average about Glenvill. With over 62 years of expertise and more than 1,000 completed builds in our portfolio, we’ve designed and built homes in every style and shape imaginable. Indeed, design is in our DNA. Which is why we’re focused on creating homes to fit your lifestyle, not just to fit a trend. So, whether you select a pre-designed home as your starting point, or choose to work with our in house design team on an entirely new design, you’ll find a Glenvill home that is anything but ordinary.
