Site review

Once your home design has been selected, our team will conduct a detailed site visit to understand the lot, its orientation and the requirements that apply where you’re building.

In South East Melbourne, this review may include the lot’s width, depth and fall, orientation for light and living areas, easements and service connections, driveway access and the design guidelines set by your estate and council. Where a block sits in one of the region’s established suburbs, this review instead looks at the existing dwelling, tree protection and any boundary considerations shared with neighbouring properties.
