Site review

Once your home design has been selected, our team will conduct a detailed site visit to understand the specific character, orientation and conditions of your lot.

On a Clyde North estate, this review looks closely at what a new block brings: soil classification and slab class, site fall and drainage, wind exposure on an open street and the orientation that shapes where the living areas sit.
