Site review

Once your home design has been selected, our team will conduct a detailed site visit to understand the specific character, orientation and conditions of your lot.

On a Kalkallo estate, this review looks closely at what a new block brings: soil classification and slab class, site fall and drainage, wind exposure on an open street and the orientation that shapes where the living areas sit.

This stage gives the build a clearer path. It helps identify how your new home will sit within the street, how the build works alongside neighbouring lots and anything else that must be considered before your build begins.

Your interior and exterior selections give the home its final character.

At Elle Design Studio, Glenvill’s interiors team will guide you through your finishes, fittings and colour palettes. Stone, timber, tiles, tapware, textures and colours are all chosen together, so that each detail lends itself to a harmonious whole.
