Site review

Once your home design has been selected, our team will conduct a detailed site visit to understand the specific character, orientation and conditions of your lot.

On a Lara estate, this review looks closely at what a new block brings: soil classification and slab class, site fall and drainage, wind exposure and the orientation that shapes where the living areas sit. Where a block sits on one of Lara’s established streets, this review instead looks at the existing dwelling, tree protection and any boundary considerations shared with neighbouring properties.

This stage gives the build a clearer path. It helps identify how your new home will sit within the street, how the build works alongside neighbouring lots and anything else that must be considered before your build begins.

Elle Design Studio

Your interior and exterior selections give the home its final character.

At Elle Design Studio, Glenvill’s interiors team will guide you through your finishes, fittings and colour palettes. Stone, timber, tiles, tapware, textures and colours are all chosen together, so that each detail lends itself to a harmonious whole.

This is where the home becomes more personal. A kitchen can feel grounded, a staircase more grand. Bathrooms feel calmer. Colour palettes carry through from the front door to the rooms you’ll use every day.

Planning and preparation
