Site review

Once your home design has been selected, our team will conduct a detailed site visit to understand the specific character, outlook and conditions of your land.

In Hawthorn, this review may include street frontage, neighbouring homes, access and orientation and any specific heritage or planning requirements required by the City of Boroondara.

This stage gives the build a clearer path. It helps identify how your new home will sit within the streetscape, any structures or vegetation that need protection, how the build may affect neighbours and anything else that must be considered before your build begins.
