When Nadia and her husband Steven, decided to build their dream home in the perfect location, it was a knockdown rebuild that proved the ideal choice. Setting out to build their dream home in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the process for Nadia and Steven was a little different to most homeowners. Happily, the pair were thrilled with the care and attention to detail they received, even with design consultations and meetings conducted virtually!

The interiors of the Contemporary Residence home design follow a classic modern aesthetic designed to maximise living spaces and create moments of beauty and calm.

With a client's vision to transform a rear tennis court, this residence embraces alfresco living, a pool, and garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The location of the Mornington Peninsula home is one of the most enviable on the Victorian coastline. The exposed nature and close proximity to the sea presented the Glenvill team with the challenge to design and build a home which could withstand the harsh natural conditions upon which it is set.

This artfully crafted contemporary family home responds perfectly to the sloping site with a two-storey split level configuration featuring reverse living to take full advantage of the outstanding vistas the Mount Martha locale has to offer. With ocean views of the Mornington Peninsula from the study, all living areas, and four of the five bedrooms, the outlook is one to behold.
