For clients wondering about the implications of this change, it’s important to note that Glenvill Homes has already switched to using Mineral crystalline silica-free surfaces in our standard offerings.
If you have previously selected stone in your build, we are not able to go through with this beyond 30th of June due to government requirements. One of our team members will assist you and provide the alternative mineral crystalline silica-free surface in the same, or similar colour.

Although the current product is not harmful to end consumers once installed, the law changeover to silica-free surfaces was made to protect the workers in manufacturing facilities when they cut the product.
